The Experience
At sunset the Dolomites perform their oldest trick: the enrosadira, when the pale rock catches fire and burns rose and crimson for long minutes. At the most panoramic point of the Alpe di Siusi, beneath a floral arch, your celebrant times the Red Ribbon Ritual to that glow. Dinner follows in a traditional malga — wood, candlelight and South Tyrolean cooking — before your chalet receives you for the night, styled with flowers and facing the peaks. A couples massage in the chalet dissolves whatever the altitude left in your shoulders. Morning brings breakfast with the mountains at the window, and a final lunch in location closes the experience slowly.
