Built in 1861 by the Daniele family in Gagliano del Capo, a few kilometres from Santa Maria di Leuca at the very tip of the Salento, Palazzo Daniele is today one of Italy’s most celebrated art residences: frescoed halls, cloistered courtyards, a pool among citrus trees and fifteen suites of monastic elegance. The palazzo opens in exclusive use for weddings of rare character, about an hour and a half from Brindisi airport.
