Day two is the wedding — reception, welcome cocktail, wedding lunch and cake, open bar, and an after party that moves into the Moroccan tent or the ancient Frantoio, the masseria’s old oil mill. Day three exhales with a brunch around the pool; the farewell brunch on day four sends everyone home changed.
