2. Acceptance of Terms
The use of this website and the purchase of products/services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
3. Products and Services
Kiss Me Italy offers packages for marriage proposals, weddings and romantic experiences across Italy. Each package is described on its respective product page. Images are indicative and for illustrative purposes only.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Kiss Me Italy reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is made by bank transfer or other methods indicated at checkout. The order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
5. Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact info@kissmeitaly.com.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without providing any reason.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised services already commenced or to experiences with a confirmed date, pursuant to art. 59 lett. a) and o) of the Consumer Code.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the experience date: 80% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 14 days: no refund, except in documented cases of force majeure.
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance.
8. Liability
Kiss Me Italy is committed to providing the described services with the utmost care and professionalism. We accept no liability for events beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, force majeure) that may affect the execution of the experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Kiss Me Italy and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy and Data Processing
Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). For detailed information please consult our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Genova, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
