2. Acceptance of Terms
The use of this website and the purchase of products/services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
3. Products and Services
Kiss Me Italy offers packages for marriage proposals, weddings and romantic experiences across Italy. Each package is described on its respective product page. Images are indicative and for illustrative purposes only.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Kiss Me Italy reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; the price that applies to a booking is the one shown at the time of the order or in the accepted quote. Payment is made by the methods indicated at checkout, by bank transfer or by payment link. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the payment or deposit requested.
The balance must be paid in full by the agreed due date, before the event. All payments are non-refundable from the moment they are made. The full rules are set out in our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
5. Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact info@kissmeitaly.com.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Our services are leisure services provided on a specific date. Pursuant to Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings made with Kiss Me Italy. By booking, the client expressly requests that the organisation work begins immediately. See Section 11 of our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Cancellations, date changes, non-payment of the balance, force majeure and refunds are governed exclusively by our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which prevails over any other information on this website. In summary:
- every payment is non-refundable from the moment it is made;
- if the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking is cancelled, all amounts paid are retained and no service is provided;
- the only way to be reimbursed in case of cancellation is the client’s own travel or cancellation insurance, which we strongly recommend.
8. Liability
Kiss Me Italy is committed to providing the described services with the utmost care and professionalism. We accept no liability for events beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, force majeure) that may affect the execution of the experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Kiss Me Italy and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy and Data Processing
Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). For detailed information please consult our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Genova, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
12. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. By placing an order or making any payment, the client confirms having read and accepted it.
13. Changes to Terms
Kiss Me Italy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
