Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services
Kiss Me Italy offers personalised experiences that require advance booking of third-party suppliers (restaurants, venues, photographers, transfers, floral arrangements and other services). Upon order confirmation, Kiss Me Italy immediately proceeds to book and deposit funds with suppliers to secure the requested date and services. For this reason, refunds are subject to the limitations described below.
2. Right of Withdrawal — Applicable Limitations
Pursuant to art. 59 lett. a) and o) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Personalised services tailored to the client, the execution of which has already commenced with the consumer’s consent.
- Experiences with a specific date and time confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Packages for which deposits have been paid to third-party suppliers upon booking.
By purchasing a package from Kiss Me Italy, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts that the service is personalised and that its execution begins immediately after payment confirmation, with consequent loss of the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the experience date: 50% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 50% covers deposits already paid to suppliers and organisational costs incurred.
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before: 25% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation within 30 days of the experience date: no refund. The full amount is retained to cover irrecoverable costs already incurred.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the experience date: no refund. Any additional costs incurred by Kiss Me Italy due to late cancellation may be charged to the client.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of documented force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies declared by authorities, armed conflicts) that make it impossible to carry out the experience, Kiss Me Italy will offer the client, at its own discretion:
- Postponement of the experience to a mutually agreed future date, at no additional cost.
- A credit equal to the amount paid, valid for use within 24 months.
Cash refunds in cases of force majeure are recognised only to the extent of amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers.
5. Date Changes
Requests to change the experience date must be submitted in writing to info@kissmeitaly.com at least 30 days in advance. All changes are subject to supplier availability. Kiss Me Italy does not guarantee the possibility of rescheduling and accepts no liability for any additional costs charged by suppliers for date changes.
6. Refund Procedure
To request a refund or cancellation, please send a written notice to info@kissmeitaly.com stating: your name, experience date, order number and reason for the request. Any refunds due will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kiss Me Italy is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by third-party suppliers (restaurants, venues, transfers) for reasons beyond its control. In such cases, Kiss Me Italy will endeavour to propose alternative solutions compatible with the purchased service.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Genova, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
